Became a Gamer: Late 1998 (When Tribes came out)
Gaming History:
I like to think I became a real gamer when I first started playing the game Tribes. That was when I first was introduced to the idea of multiplayer warfare and guilds actively vying to be the best. Shortly after starting to play Tribes, Everquest came out and since a friend who was in the beta had been raving about it, I picked it up. Ever since then I have been an MMO player first and foremost although FPS games remain solidly in the background.
